GOD GUN ROULETTE
God Gun Roulette is a party game that pits 2-4 players against each other in a series of randomized maps and game modes. Every round, each player is procedurally generated a unique gun and must learn to master the weapon, the battlefield, and the rules on the fly to achieve final victory. My job was design and programming.
I prototyped three combat areas for the game and ended up having two of them move forward into the polished game. I was also in charge of coding the King of the Hill game mode which can be randomly chose for any of the three maps made for the game. Some audio design was used in order to change the announcers voice from a crisp audio to an old radio aesthetic.
One is a dynamic level involving parts of the floor to flip underneath the players making unfortunately placed players fall to their death. Another was a static level involving two main ramps in the center allow for cover and terrain deviation. This is the core design of the dynamic level without art assets.
